Blast

Blast is a vaccinium corymbosum cultivar. A Rabbiteye variety that produces good crops of medium sized berries that are juicy and sweet. They are full of vitamins, especially vitamin C and good antioxidant properties too.

Blueberry Northern Highbush variety. Packed full of Vitamin C 'Blue Crop' is a reliable variety that fruits around Feb-March. Likes rich acid soil that doesn't completely dry out in summer. Late fruiting in Feb-March. Deciduous. It is important to remember that Blueberries fruit on the previous years wood and whilst they are self-fertile they will always do better with a companion. Blue Dawn

Blue Dawn is a vaccinium corymbosum cultivar. A Rabbiteye variety producing large, dark blue fruit that are ready to harvest in December and through to February. Plant in a sunny position where soils are rich in organic material, slightly acidic, suitably moist and free-draining.

Blueberry Rabbiteye. Developed in conjunction with Plant and Food Research this variety has delicious large dark blue fruit that are ready to pick from around January. Suitable for the warmer districts of NZ. Plant in the sun, in rich acid soil with 'Blue Magic' or 'Tasty Blue'. Evergreen. PVR. Blue Magic

Blue Magic is a vaccinium corymbosum cultivar. A Rabbiteye variety that produces heavy crops of medium to large fruit that are ready to harvest from December through to February. Plant in a sunny position where soils are slightly acidic, suitably moist, rich in organic material and free-draining.

Blue Star NH

A large, firm blueberry that is ideal to grow in a container or in the garden. Can be used as a hedge or a stand alone specimen but 1 plant will never be enough. Blueberry Northern Highbush. An early ripening mild, sweet flavoured berry. Foliage turns yellow-orange in Autumn. Plant in acidic soil in the garden/orchard and allow to grow big and beautiful, or grow in a container, prune for shape and size. Hardy, self-fertile, improve yield with another NH plant. Ezi-Grow

Ezi-Grow is a vaccinium corymbosum cultivar. A Rabbiteye variety that produces sweet, flavoursome, medium-sized fruit during December and January. Can be grown in full sun or part shade where soils are acidic, moist but free-draining.

Marimba SH

This Southern Highbush Blueberry is a good choice for warmer areas of NZ. 'Marimba' is highly productive with large firm fruit full of flavour that ripen around December. Pollinate with another Southern Highbush. Plant in sun or part shade in rich acid soil for best results. Deciduous.
