Juvenile tree foliage tends to have copper bronze tones but green becomes the dominant colour as the tree ages. Protect from frost when young. One to plant for your grandchildren! aka Queensland Kauri Pine Faster growing than the NZ Kauri, with larger leaves, but similar shaped tree. Tolerant to wind, frost and dry soils. Very attractive mature tree. These are always very hard to come by. Est.10yr.growth. Habit: Tree Multi Branched. Leaves: Evergreen, Green.
