Ben Mapua is a ribes spp cultivar. Very heavy yielding blackcurrant with very large fruit. Late season - fruits about 2 weeks after Magnus (February).

Gloria de Versailles

Gloria de Versailles is a ribes spp cultivar. Vigorous, upright grower. Excellent crops in mid season (late December - February) of large red berries on good size trusses.

Magnus

Magnus is a ribes spp cultivar. This has been the main commercial variety in New Zealand for many years. The extremely hardy plants produce large black fruit that are high in Vitamin C.

Myra McKee

Myra McKee is a ribes spp cultivar. Highly recommended as an excellent home garden selection producing good crops of medium-sized fruit. Ripening in December - February.

Red Gloria de Versailles

Red Gloria de Versailles is a ribes spp cultivar. A vigorous, upright grower producing good sized trusses of large fruit. Bets grown in a sunny position where soils are fertile with adequate water during summer and free-draining.
