Notes
Requires a pollinator. Does well in warmer climates, good disease resistance therefore ideal for organic gardens. Baujade is a French-bred Granny Smith-type apple — offering the characteristic late-season green, aromatic, sweet-tart flavour of a Granny Smith without the thick, tough skin.
