Description

‘Northern Spy’ is a culinary apple of Malus domestica selected for its named fruit qualities and orchard performance. Excellent flavour with slightly yellow flesh that is crisp and juicy. Great for cooking as well as fresh eating. Available in New Zealand. External cultivar references describe ‘Northern Spy’ as follows: A widely grown American heirloom apple variety.
