Description
‘Sidero’ is a cider apple of Malus domestica selected for its named fruit qualities and orchard performance. In fact it is AKA 'The Spanish cider apple'. The skin is a pale yellow-green with some red blushing and the flesh is crisp, juicy and aromatic. Available in New Zealand.
