Description
Green finger lime is one of the colour selections of Australian finger lime (Citrus australasica) sold in NZ by Citrus Direct (Finger Lime Tree Green). Finger limes produce elongated caviar-like fruit whose pulp separates into juice vesicles used as a garnish; green selections are the classic sharp, tangy form. The species has zero cultivars in the catalog and the only finger lime entry (Finger Lime Black) is misfiled under lime, so named selections under the dedicated finger-lime species are a clean gap.
