aka Kowhai If you want a well behaved, rewarding evergreen shrub then it would be hard to go past this delightful little Kowhai. Compact and tidy and completely covered in rich yellow bells in late winter that birds love, especially Tui and Waxeyes. Easy to grow in sun or part shade. Evergreen Flower colour: Yellow. Habit: Tree Dwarf. Leaves: Evergreen, Green.
