Description
aka Lilac Distinctive double flowers of lovely purple-violet drip deliciously in long panicles during spring. Very fragrant and lovely to bring indoors. Really a bit too pretty to be named after a General! Plant in sun to light shade in deep well worked soil. Side dress with lime occasionally. Deciduous. Any pruning should be done immediately after flowering. Flower colour: Purple / Purple. Habit: Shrub Tall. Leaves: Deciduous, Green.
