Description
Calamansi is a cultivar of lime selected for its distinctive fruit or growth characteristics. Calamansi, also known as golden lime, is a small, round citrus fruit that is native to the Philippines. It can be used in cooking similar to a lime while the fruit is still green, or eaten whole (with the skin on) fresh when it turns orange.
