aka Fairy Blush Magnolia Bred by in NZ by Mark Jury. A beautiful, easy to grow Michelia with dainty spring flowers which are delightfully fragrant and coloured an unusual lilac pink. The dark green foliage always looks good and is disease resistant. Happy in the sun or part shade. I put 6 of these in my front garden a year ago and they have done remarkably well and seem quite robust. I intend to trim them up to make a standard shape but they do equally well left as a bush or used as a hedge. Flower colour: White / Red. Habit: Tree Multi Branched. Leaves: Evergreen, Green.
