Description
Rambler. Albertine is a well loved rose and I am certainly a dedicated fan. Always admired as in full bloom it is quite a breath taking sight. Very fragrant, double, loose, salmon pink flowers produced en masse in spring with a few flowers in the autumn. Vigorous growth. Award winner. 1921. Albertine is best suited to a wall or a fence and as it flowers mostly on older wood it is best to only prune sparingly. Though this rose mainly flowers in the spring there are so many flowers and for quite a long period it is well worth growing. Flower colour: Pink / Pink. Habit: Climber. Leaves: Deciduous, Green.
