Description
Hybrid Tea. Shapely pointed buds opening to brilliant scarlet-orange, luminous blooms on a big healthy bush. Growth upright with strong stems. Great for picking and very elegant in tall arrangements. Good disease resistance. Seldom disappoints. 1972. This rose was bred by Harkness Roses of England and was named to honour Earl Alexander of Tunis who was a British General during World War II - the breeder served with the General during the war. Flower colour: Orange. Habit: Espalier. Leaves: Deciduous, Green.
