Description
aka Flower Carpet Rose Shrub. An outstanding ground cover rose with trusses of double, weather proof, snowy white flowers that appear non stop from spring through to autumn. Glossy green, disease resistant foliage and a nice gentle fragrance. Deservedly an award winner. Germany 1991 Bred in Germany where it is called Schneeflocke which translates in English to Snowflake.
