Esther produces avocados that are larger than Hass, round-oval shape, that are creamy, buttery and have a good flavour. When fully grown, Esther reaches about 4 meters high, and 3 meters wide, but can be kept smaller by light pruning after fruit harvest Fruit ripens March to August, which is the season when Hass has finished and avocados become expensive in the supermarket.

Ettinger
The Ettinger avocado tree is very vigorous, and as a heavy bearer of fruit it is often the most profitable B variety of many orchards. Ettinger avocados are similar to Fuerte avocados, pear-shaped with smooth, thin, bright green skin, and pale green flesh. The tree has an upright growing habit with little spreading, and has the same tendency as the Fuerte variety to sometimes produce seedless fruits, called "cukes".

Hass - 3year old
Hass - Pb10-3year old is a persea americana cultivar. Avocado Hass is the most commonly grown variety in the world having high oil content and a rich nutty flavour. Flesh has a smooth texture and covered by a thick skin.

Hayes
Hayes is similar to Hass, but is larger, the skin is glossier, pebbled, rough, thick and becomes brown/purple when ripe. The flesh is a nice rich yellow with a buttery flavour. The plant is hardy, and can grow large if left unpruned, but responds well to an annual prune to keep it a manageable size.

Hopkins
Hopkins is a cultivar of avocado selected for its distinctive fruit or growth characteristics. It produces large to extra large avocados that are round to oval in shape with a slight neck, which stay green when ripe. It has a medium pale yellow flesh, which is creamy with a well balanced fine flavour.

McEldowney
McEldowney is a New Zealand developed variety that produces superb quality fruit in Autumn. The fruit best described as a cross between a Reed and Hass, taking on a shape which is similar to a round Reed, and an autumn set Carmen Hass (oval-round shape). The skin changes from green to black when ripe.

Mexicola
