A cross between McIntosh and Delicious with a good sweet vinous flavour and a white to cream coloured flesh, and the skin is predominantly red. Easy to grow and partially self-fertile and will benefit from being pollinated by another variety such as Braeburn, Cornish Aromatic, Ellison's Orange and Golden Delicious.
