A medium sized eating apple that is red with green/yellow splashes.Flesh crisp and juicy with a tart flavour.Mid season,and a heavy cropper. Bears heavier crops when pollinated by another variety of apple such as Kidd's Orange, Cox's Orange, Granny Smith, Peasgood Nonsuch, Priscilla and Royal Gala. External cultivar references describe ‘Jersey Mac’ as follows: Medium sized red apple with yellow/green splashes. Flesh is crisp and juicy with a tart flavor. Does not store well.
