Royal Gala / Lady in Red is a double-graft apple combination carrying two varieties on one tree. Royal Gala - Rosy red blushed skin. Creamy fine textured flesh, crisp, sweet and juicy. Ripe in summer. Lady in Red - Has bright red skin. Inside the cream flesh has a lovely combination of sweet and tart flavours. Ripens around April. Deciduous. Matures to around 5 m tall by 3 m wide.
