Description
Shiro is a cultivar of plum. Arguably the best yellow plum in both appearance and taste. Golden yellow skin and juicy, firm, yellow flesh blushed pink. Medium sized round fruit that is ripe around January. Hardy and prolific. Pollinate with Santa Rosa. Deciduous. Matures to around 4 m tall by 3 m wide.
